Name my cat!

Yes, another one of these questions.
Fleabag needs a better name. He is a very lazy, mellow, overweight kitty whose greatest love is food. He doesn't seem at all playful, but he is very curious and not particularly skittish.
I am open to almost any suggestion for names, but I would prefer something that would be easy to explain to a vet (ie I don't want to have to spell it for them or have them get confused on the phone when I am trying to make an appointment for Sir Purrums McBigglesworth or whatever).

Chester, after President Chester A. Arthur. Successor to Garfield (which would be too obvious) and a man who struggled to overcome his reputation, though in retrospect seems to have been a pretty solid guy.

I used to have a cat with similar coloring. He was a flame point Siamese, so we called him Omar Khayyam the Cat (I know, Omar Khayyam was not Siamese, but we were young and stupid, and it sounded cool). His ears were the color of toasted marshmallows. So, seconding Toast. Or maybe Marsh(mallow)?

He looks just like a young version of my cat, Frank Sinatra (b/c of the blue eyes). We've been known to call him Toast, and by extension, Frank Toast.
His nose developed many "freckles" over the years, and it reminds me of a chocolate chip cookie.
I have always wanted to name a cat "Burt Marshmallow" (akin to "burnt marshmallow").
He also reminds me a bit of browned meringue.
I like Butter, too.
ok, I should stop. I'm getting hungry and I wish my cat were here with me at work.

If you want to play it cute your could go for a complimentary name to Potato.
Gravy
French-fry
Latka
I lived with cats with food names in my youth though eventually felt they were rather silly. I would go with a normal name myself or a word I like to say.
William
Opal
Megawatt

For these naming askmes, I generally look at the photo of the pet involved and see what name comes to me. Then I read the thread to see what names people have suggested to see if something suggests itself to me.
Clive was the name I came up with when I looked at the photo. And then I read the thread and there was more Clive. I think it was meant to be.

I like this idea. I submit additional veggies Parsnip and Kohlrabi and extend the genre to Cabbage and Savoy. (I like Parsnip the best. He is parsnip colored!)
ETA: Oops, Parsnip was suggested up thread, so it's not so much an additional idea. I second, third, whathaveyou Parsnip. In my head, your cat is already Parsnip.)
