Help me merge 2 PowerPoint presentations please!

I am at a loss for this. I am trying to merge two PowerPoint slides for ease of transition at a conference. Speaker A is using Speaker A's work template that has their work logo burned on each slide, but Speaker B is from a different institution. Is it even possible to merge the two sets of slides without having Speaker A's institution on Speaker B's slides?
Response by poster: Awesome! I have to do it one-by-one it seems, but it is definitely working! Thanks!!
edit: scratch that, "copy all" :) I was trying to do it from "reuse slides", and could not make it work. Thanks!

On my computer (Windows, Office 10 I think), if you right click in the pane on the left hand side with the miniature versions of the slides, go up to the paste options, the first is 'use destination theme' (the default), and the second is 'keep source formatting'). So if you copy Document B's slides, go into Document A, and paste special in the Document B slides at the end, you should be able to have them coexist.
