P18 Urban Cuban secret track lyrics

On the excellent album Urban Cuban by P18, there was a secret track. After about 5 minutes of silence, it was appended to the last track, and wasn't shown on the cover. I now found it on youtube, here it is. But I can't find the words anywhere... I'd be grateful if a Spanish speaker helped me out! Information about the origin and style of this song and similar artists would also be welcome, I'd love to find more like it.

Found what looks to be the lyrics here. Should be able to run it through google translate to get something somewhat intelligible.
