Looking for a counselor in PDX - DBT edition

I'm new to the area. A counselor, like a doctor, is a really good person to establish a working relationship with before you need one. Snowflake story inside

As a student in a small town in Texas, I was encouraged to see someone for mood irregularities. I saw someone from the school who was a PHD student. She unofficially diagnosed me with Borderline Personality disorder. She encouraged me strongly to keep seeing someone wherever I ended up. Post graduation, I've bounced between a few places looking for work and have finally found something in Portland OR. While I haven't had any huge problems here, I know that winter is coming and that 9 months of cloudy days can make even the most sane into a nutbag. That being said, I am poor but insured, looking for someone good and possibly someone who specializes in treating borderline personality disorders or in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which is the recommended type of therapy.

I've only really done therapy the one time and it was easy to find because it was cheep/school provided. PDX is big and I'm no longer a student. Do you know anyone good?

The "Therapy" section of the Metafilter Wiki has links to a bunch of threads about finding therapists in Portland! http://mefiwiki.com/wiki/ThereIsHelp#US_2 (sorry, on phone)

The Marsha Linehan (inventor of DBT) Institute has a search engine to locate DBT therapists.
