Canon Pixma Pro-100/Lightroom 4 printing problem

I can print very easily from other applications mac, but when I try to print with the exact same set up from Lightroom 4 I get this error: Starting manual feed printing. 1. Load a sheet of paper into the manual feed tray. 2. Press the printer's RESUME button to start printing. It is the exact same set up that works with other applications but I still keep reloading the paper and pressing the resume button but it still doesn't work, what is wrong? Please help!
