Egg cream? That sounds gross!

AlkaFilter: I have about a dozen vintage glass seltzer bottles. (We had a seltzer guy who came until about five years ago, and never picked up the last batch of bottles.) I'd like to refill/recharge them, but the only knowledge I have is that CO2 canisters exist for this purpose (though maybe not for this type of bottle?). Without a factory or ancient tools, do you think there might be a way to achieve this goal?

If your bottles aren't soda syphons, you'll need one to use with the CO2 cartridges - google "soda syphon" for details, or check out Mr. Fizz for all of your seltzer-related needs. And egg creams ARE, in fact, delicious!
