Survey: When would you call/inform the landlord about a neighbor?

Basically, what circumstances do you consider it to be reasonable for you to inform your landlord about a neighbor's activities? I am curious as to what apartment complex/town home owners think are justifiable reasons for calling/interacting with a landlord.
Please don't answer if you would NEVER ever call/inform your landlord about a neighbor for any reason. I am interested in exploring apartment/group living norms, mores and associated values. However, an anecdote involving a real-life situation featured in a question below is always welcome.
Parameter: Your hypothetical landlord is not a friend, family member or close associate. He/she is a business owner who can be reached by phone, text or email.
Parameter: These situations are all hypothetical, place yourself in them. Some are common and others are not.
Parameter: Assume that you know for a fact which neighbor is involved in each situation below.
NOTE: I'm not really interested in why or why you would not call the landlord, just whether or not you would consider doing so (I plan to explore this concept later). I may post a future question about why or why not a response is reasonable and plan to also explore the legality of doing so in the future. Ideas for similar surveys/additional questions are also welcome.
Instructions:
For the sake of answering these questions, your answers are these:
A. Speak with neighbor in question first
B. Call/email/text landlord
C. Do nothing
(Calling the police is not an option in this hypothetical situation, assume that they are unreliable or unavailable.)
Questions/hypothetical situations:
1. A neighbor who harasses you verbally
2. He/she plays extremely loud music after hours
3. Cigarette butts or litter being left in front of your apartment/door
4. Guests of a neighbor beep loudly upon arrival right outside your window
5. A neighbor who has guests that come and go constantly
6. Smoking in a no-smoking area where children play
7. Landlord sends out an email to residents asking who is allowing dogs to poop without scooping. In this case you know exactly who is doing it.
8. Evidence of possible drug activity
9. A neighbor committing a violent crime
10. Neighbor drives by constantly with booming bass
11. Neighbors dog barks for hours
12. You are witness to property damage
13. You see a neighbor standing outside peeping into your window
14. Your neighbor has guests who sit in front of your apartment door
15. Your neighbor has guests who sit on the stairway leading to your apartment frequently
16. The neighbor smokes in a non-smoking unit
17. The neighbor is hoarding a large number of animals
18. Neighbor has an aggressive dog that gets loose often. You have reported them to animal control, but they have not responded
19. They park in your assigned parking space
An Example of a response:
1. A
2. A
3. B
4. C....

This post was deleted for the following reason: Hey, so, survey questions are not something we do here. If you want answers to a specific question, that's fine, but as structured this won't work at all. -- restless_nomad
