Where to watch World Cup near Truro MA July 8 and 9?

We'll be on the Cape near Truro in a house with no internet connection next week. What public places nearby could 3 or 4 of us go to see World Cup games on Tues and Wed, July 7 and 8? Both games are at 4:00 pm. Bars, restaurants, stores, the beach, kind strangers with a big screen TV...?

The issue will be getting a resto or bar to tune in a soccer game now that the US is out. Savory, the pizza/grill on Rt 6 across from the school, has a TV. So does the Lighthouse on Main St in Welfleet, and plenty of places in Provincetown.

Given the number of people I saw last weekend in Wellfleet wearing assorted national jerseys, if you can find a place with a TV, they're probably going to be showing the matches (besides, what else would they show at 4pm on a weekday?). But I'd call ahead to make sure.

I'm at the Pearl down at Wellfleet harbor and it's a big World Cup scene.
