Help us remember the name of a bar in Frederick Maryland

Asking for a friend. Does anyone remember the name of a bar/ night club in Frederick, Maryland where all drinks were $1.00?

A group of friends remembers going there 12-15 years ago to drink and dance, but cannot remember the name. The name of the club might have begun with an S and they believe the bar to be long-closed. One friend seems to remember cages for dancing girls. It was not a strip club.

Best answer: Wasn't X-Hale, was it? That's the only long-closed joint I can think of that might have had cages for dancing girls and cheap beer. I never went in, but it had a reputation like that. Could be something else in deep history, though.
