British sitcom with a guy afraid to leave the apartment?

British sitcom. Probably from the 90s.
Two guys and one girl sharing an apartment, one of the guys was afraid to leave the apartment (suffered from agoraphobia).
Anyone knows the title?

Ben Chaplin played the agoraphobic guy in the first series and went on to have a bit of a Hollywood career -- he stars in one of my guilty pleasures, The Truth About Cats and Dogs, where he wins Janeane Garofalo's heart.

If you're really into this concept, Twitch City is a Canadian miniseries from 1998-99 that is completely excellent.
