Free ASP forum script, that stores Data in Flat Files and doesn't require registration?

I'm looking to add a very basic ASP 'support' forum for an industrial site. Natuarally, this is on a shoestring budget, and I'd prefer not to write it myself. I'm hoping that there is a basic forum implementation that I can adapt. The hosting of the site presents all sorts of 'fun' requirements.

Before I get accosted, yes I sorted through the previous askme forum posts and haven't found anything that meets the basic requirements I'm about to detail.

Here's what my dream app would be:

Free, ASP, log-ins unnecessary, Data in Flat Files.

If this exists, I have not yet found it via google. I have found Free, PHP, log-ins unnecessary, Data in Flat Files. That's called txtForum.

Any leads on the ASP front?

Snitz is ASP based - will run on a MS SQL, MySQL, or Access backend and is 100% free.

Plan on updating to a better solution fast if you plan to have very many hits at all. A flat files message board won't be great for performance.
