SizzlingKeys equivalent for PC?

Is there an equivalent to SizzlingKeys that works with iTunes on a PC?
I too have been searching for the holy grail of keyboard shortcuts for iTunes. And I've been very satisfied with iTunesKeys for my global hotkey desires.
1. Global hotkeys (incl. windows key) for playback and rating songs. (I love being able to rate songs using Win+1,2,3,4,5 for rating)
2. It also has this groovy feature to lookup the album artwork from amazon and apply it to all the tracks on an album. I've found this the best way to add album artwork.
3. The developer is very happy to discuss any suggestions or bugfixes. The couple that I've emailed him about he's responded and added/fixed it very quickly! He's a great guy!
The only real downside is that it's not as pretty as the mac based itunes controllers. But then again, are there many programs on windows that are? Besides, it's unobtrusive in the system tray.
Hope this helps.
