mobile headset for convertible

i have a Saab convertible and Washington DC requires a hands-free when using the mobile telephone. Any recommendations on a headset that will maximally cut out the wind noise artifact so that I can ride "top down"? Many of the commercial sets that I have tried still have a lot of noise due to wind.
Not to add commentary to your question, rather urgency:
They are ticketing for this now. $100 and 2 points for the first violation.
Also, if you drive a Saab convertible, make sure you don't stop to put up the top in a slight misty rain on Rock Creek during rush hour (some motherfucker did this in front of me once and caused a multiple car pile up, he drove off unscathed while the rest of us are left with higher insurance bills to pay off, not that it was you, just a bit of advice).
