Who is this artist?

I'm looking for the name of an artist who makes drawings/illustrations.
I randomly saw a book of his illustrations that includes from what I remember a portrait of William Burroughs, a grasshopper with a woman's legs...
...a portrait of a man with scissors on his face, a man with a trap door for a butt that opens and his insides are falling out, a woman pulling a man's insides out through his mouth, and empty women hanging on a clothing rack.
I thought I would remember his name, but now I don't. Any ideas?

Response by poster: Not Ralph Steadman, the illustration style was similar, but less frenetic.
