Consigment software for the consigner

Simple free program to track consignment items?

I make zines and have them consigned in a bunch of bookshops, like 20 tops. I'm very disorganized with this and I'd like to be a bit more organized. Is there a free software that would help me?

Things to track: store, date sent, quantity, titles, price, cost, sold/paid, date to check, date paid, returned/not returned, re-order.

Thanks!

Use a spreadsheet. You can use a different "worksheet" for each zine, or for each bookshop, or whichever way you feel is more organized. If you don't have Excel installed, there are free and open-source spreadsheet programs for most operating systems.

Yeah I'd definitely just use Google Spreadsheets for this.

Response by poster: Can I make the spreadsheet send me email alerts when I have to check with the stores?

That's what a calendar/to-do list/tickler/reminder are for.
