Online questionnaire tools?

What online questionnaire tools would MeFites recommend? [More inside]

I am looking for something robust with backend reporting that's free (or cheap). I am going to develop a questionnaire and then hand that off to multiple country owners in my company, so I am looking for something where we can input translations into too. What's best?

I once used SurveyMonkey and liked it very much. It's also cheap and easy to setup.
