Old-school conference calling?

Hi, looking for a reliable service to set up cheap, flat-rate conference calls on a semi-regular basis (non-internet based).

Currently using just the regular phones & long-distance charges become excessive. I have seen the site/ service http://www.calliflower.com and it looks like it should fit our needs, but I was wondering if there are any other ones or first-hand experience with it. In case it matters, generally callers will be either in Canada or the UK.

I've had good experience with Conference Worldwide. Cheap, and responsive customer service. Looks like free from Canada and 1.7 cents (US) a minute per user in UK; a bit more for toll-free numbers.
