What is this thing called, love?

What would you call this thing in this razor handle kit? It's decorative chrome, and it's got a threaded hole and a rod. I'd like to order around 10 of them, but I only need that one part, and I'm having trouble figuring out what to search for.

Ferrule?

A ferrule goes around something, usually. I'd call it a 'finial' if I were being fancy, or maybe an 'end cap'.

I would say a finial. That's what you call the similar top part of a lamp that keeps the shade secured.

They seem to have a breakdown on their site where they call it a "drilled threaded cap". That's a pretty vague name if you're looking for a similar part online, but if you're ordering straight from Lee Valley that might be what they'd call it.

Picking up on what pocams said, there are both drilled and undrilled threaded caps in the above kit, and the one you circled is definitely drilled (i.e., it has two holes, whereas the undrilled ones have only a single hole).

Lee Valley is in the business of selling tools and parts to build all sorts of things. I'd write to their customer service folks and say that you need to buy ten of part x, from page y of your catalog (see attached pictured). They should be able to accommodate you. They are pretty good that way.
