Help me think of Baltimore-themed non-perishable food items

We live in and are getting married in Baltimore. Most folks will be coming from out-of-town (generally West Coast or Midwest), and we want to showcase our super cool city as best we can. As wedding favors, we plan to make gift bags of unique Baltimore food items. So far, we've got Zeke's coffee, Berger cookies, and Old Bay seasoning (not that anyone really wants Old Bay). We will serve pit beef and crab cakes at the wedding, but, for obvious reasons, can't include them in the gift bag. What are we missing?
Can of Natty Boh?

Thought of another: Wockenfuss (are they still around?) or Mary Sue chocolates - obviously the famous easter eggs if you can get them.
Dammit, now I have the Mary Sue Easter Egg jingle from my childhood stuck in my head...

Lake trout!
If you're thinking of non-gift-bag food, there are Southern staples, like grits, that are surprisingly great/common in Bmore. Other shellfish, like oysters, are also hard to get once you get off the East Coast. Same deal for European (or American East Coast/Canadian) wine. That stuff might be a real treat for people coming from the West/Mid-West.
Otherwise, the dry goods items that occur to me are: Utz, Old Bay, Natty Boh, and a mallet/butcher paper for eating blue crabs!

McCormick spices, since they're headquartered in Baltimore. You can probably get some gift-type packaging at McCormick World of Flavors in the Inner Harbor.
Domino Sugar? A little weird for a gift bag, but that sign is pretty iconic.

Never been to Baltimore, but Domino's Sugar popped right into my head. Definitely include that.

Is the idea "something to consume now" or "something to pack back home in carryon luggage?" Because I'd avoid big things (bag of sugar) or things that might be stinky or awkward to carry home (spices, possibly) even if the are cool and Baltimore-inspired. I'd stick with things to make their actual stay more pleasant (Beer! Candy!), or a very small Baltimore remembrance that would be easily packed. Otherwise, there are just going to be a lot of crab mallets left in hotel rooms the next morning.

Heavy Seas beer for the win. We have a Heavy Seas glass that came free with the 6 pack one time. They do have an online store: http://www.hsbeer.com/product-category/apparel/
Movie dvds from director John Waters. (Hairspray?)
You might not want to remind them that Baltimore is home to the TV series "The Wire," but it is an option.
Hey Hon! Something from CafeHon? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HonFest)
