Belt buckle?

I think this is a belt buckle, and I think the flattened star is a familiar a logo, but I can't put my finger on its ID. Help?

Best answer: That's the alpinestars logo, they seem to make motorcycle and riding stuff. Their site is down for maintenance at the moment.
