You Need A Standalone Budget App

Is there an app for iOS that functions similarly to You Need A Budget, but doesn't require syncing with a desktop?
I would like the functionality of the desktop version of YNAB, particularly the ability to plan budgets forward rather than look back at what you spent, and the ability to vary monthly income and outflow numbers, with budget numbers rolling over from previous months.
The iOS version of YNAB is just a supplement to the desktop app, which is awesome, but I use my computer so rarely that I know I wouldn't stick with it. Is there a standalone app that does the same or similar things?

YNAB really is the best of the best. The only thing you can't do in the app is set up or change the actual budget. Not being able to easily adjust your budget numbers on the fly might be good if you're trying to stick to your pre-budgeted amount for a given category in a given month. We use the app(s) at point of sale and then once per month (or less often depending on how busy I am), I go onto the desktop version and set up the budget for the next few months taking into account surplus/deficit from previous months. I also use this time to reconcile the accounts. So, if you can use your computer once per month, then you can use YNAB.
