Washington state labor lawyers

I'm looking for recommendations for labor lawyers in Washington state.

I'm looking for a lawyer, preferably in the Spokane area, who specializes in labor law and has familiarity with non-US citizens working in the US. My brother has held an academic position successfully for several years, has passed the first tenure track hurdle, but now the hiring process is being called into question by an administrator. He is in the country legally, there is no issue there, nor is there an issue with his performance. The issue has to do with how the job was posted and offered.

If you are searching for a lawyer for this issue, unless his position is unionized (not clear from your question) you will need an employment lawyer, not a labor lawyer. If the position is unionized, you should check with his union. Otherwise, if you don't get a personal recommendation, the Washington Employment Lawyers Association is where you should seek a referral.
