What was this trashy romance novel about blonde twin sisters I read ~20 years ago? More of what I remember inside.
-Set in the 18th or 19th century, in Europe, probably England.
-Sisters were blonde twins. One was golden blonde, smaller and plump, the other was silver blonde, tall and willowy.
-One of the sisters married a man and had children with him, then was kidnapped by a pirate? A Middle Eastern slave trader? I think she was possibly kidnapped to populate a harem.
-The woman had a baby, possibly two, with her kidnapper. Or, she was pregnant when kidnapped. I do remember that she named (one of) her baby/ies Fleur. And maybe a baby died?
-While she was kidnapped and presumed dead by her husband, he slept with a young woman who faked losing her hymen by popping a chicken vein on her thigh during sex.
That is all that I remember, detail-wise. I do remember 12 year old peacrow being very fond of this book, and I'd love to read it again for a laugh. Thanks!

Seconding Bertrice Small. The Love Slave is the first one that comes to mind, but it could be one of her other ones, some of them are very similar.
