Searching for quotes on love 'meant to be' or rekindled love

What quote or passage about love that was 'meant to be' or about rekindled romance, or about always knowing that someone was right for you, should I use in my maid of honor speech at a wedding?
The bride and groom began dating 10+ years ago, with a break of a few years in between, and then got back together, quickly moved in, got engaged, etc. I know they harbor the feeling that they always knew they would end up together, or that it was 'meant to be' or always felt it was fate.
I'm finding it difficult to find quotes that fit this feeling, that I could incorporate into my speech at their wedding. The bride is a romantic, but also practical. Lighthearted quotes are welcome, as are deeply romantic and serious ones.
The closest I've come so far is this Jane Austen quote, from Pride and Prejudice: “I cannot fix on the hour, or the spot, or the look or the words, which laid the foundation. It is too long ago. I was in the middle before I knew that I had begun.”
Do you have any others in mind that might fit?
