Can anyone identify the man in the centre on this screengrab?

This is from a recent episode of Million Dollar Listings New York (don't judge me, I love house porn) where he was at an open house for a penthouse in Tribeca. I think he's an artist, but the name escapes me. I know the hivemind will know who he is.
