What's this corset a knock-off of?

So a while ago I bought this corset for the lady and we both enjoy it. I'm fairly certain it's a knock-off of a more expensive design considering the price and style. I'm looking for any similar designs since I like the buckles. Similar price range would be nice, but I know that quality corsets get expensive.
Although omg her prices have like, quintupled since last I looked. So maybe not.

Best answer: You can find several places offering corsets of that style, but pricing will highly depend upon materials and construction. What is your GF looking to do with this? Is she wanting to do tight-lacing or just have something for occasional wear? If she's looking to do waist training, I wouldn't recommend anything but custom-made. I can vouch for the quality of corsets from Marvelous Mayhem, Heavy Red and Xcentricities, but there are several corset makers out there catering to all price ranges.
You'll probably want to look for steel-boned corsets since plastic boning (which is what is used in the corset you linked) will warp and break down after repeated exposure to body heat. If the material you're looking for is leather, expect to pay no less than $200, and I'd say you'd be really lucky to find that. Corset Story is not a bad source for fashion corsets. Some of their offerings do use steel bones, and they're relatively inexpensive, but their materials tend to be on the lower end of quality (polyester fabrics, faux leather, etc) and it's nearly impossible to return things. I have a couple corsets from that site but I haven't worn them since getting pregnant, so I can't say much about their durability.

Best answer: Check out Stormy Leather (web site very much NSFW), particularly the Dolores and Alcatraz models. Their products are very, very expensive and very, very worth it.

Best answer: It looks like some of the gorgeous steampunk-ish buckle corsets at Harlots & Angels on Etsy.
I have a couple of corsets from Alice and Willow, and they're great quality for the price. Shipping is a bit high as they come from the UK.
Steel bones are definitely the way to go, and also, look at the back lacing. You want grommets, not teeny-weeny eyelets. Eyelets will pop right out over time.

Response by poster: Mostly just for looks, not waist training.
