Best place for hair color in Portland, OR?

I'm looking for recommendations for hair stylists in Portland.

Details:

-I have long, curly/coarse hair.
-I have reddish auburn hair, which I have heard is one of the most difficult to color match, so someone with a lot of experience doing reds would be ideal.
-Looking to pay around $65 for single-color, no cut.

Does anybody have a place/stylist to recommend?

I can't speak to how he does red hair (I'm dark blonde), but when it comes to color, Edan at Defining Image Salon knows his shit. They've also won a couple reader's choice awards for best color in Portland on Citysearch, back when Citysearch was a thing.

I like Mardi Palan who works out of Gilly's Salon on SE Clinton. Mardi has more photos of her clients on her Facebook page. I can't speak to red hair, but she was recommended to me by my old stylist when she left town, and I've been really happy with her. She charges $70 for color and no cut and will give you a 10% discount if you ride your bike to the salon.
