Where can I buy the Practical Nomad eBook?

I'm looking to purchase The Practical Nomad as an e-book for my Kindle. It seems like it was previously available, but all the Amazon links are dead and I can't find any other e-book store where it can be purchased. I have a physical copy of the book already, but would like an e-book to travel with.

http://www.hasbrouck.org/contact.html is the author's contact details so much try him directly. In the past I remember blog posts from him that didn't shine too positively on Google and other tech players that were "taking" from content providers/authors without consent or giving anything back so it wouldn't surprise me if the book was purposefully not in electronic formats.
