Kiosk browser recommendations?

Looking for secure kiosk browser software.

Here at work we have a touch-screen kiosk in the lobby. We must limit it to reaching just a few specific websites, and it must be very well locked down--we show only the top toolbar with printing and a few nav buttons. We are currently using Public Web Browser, but it doesn't always behave as we'd like.

We can run it on Linux or Windows, we'd love something open source (but that's not a requirement), and reasonably priced.

GNU/Linux Kiosk Project is based around a secured version of Mozilla.

Sitekiosk I've found to be quite good at locking down a Win terminal (a bit too well at times as users have been having intermittent problems with Gmail & university mail, so caveat emptor). Very customise-able in pretty much all aspects.

We use SiteKiosk in my library, and it's very good. It's suppsoed to work well with touchscreen kiosks, too, though we use it for regular Windows machines.

These guys are very sharp; if they don't have what you're looking for, I'm certain they can provide you with the information you need. Full disclosure: I have worked with them in the past but have no current financial connection to them.
