Anyone want to help me find songs like these?

Musicfilter//: I love the following 2 songs: Don't Play No Game That I Can't Win (Beastie Boys featuring Santigold) and 1977 by Ana Tijoux. What else should I listen to?
So I've tried things like Gnoosic that let you search by artist, but what do you do when you find a "one off" type song that really catches your imagination? I don't know of any music recommendation sites that really allow me to make a list of individual songs that strike me as similarly awesome and then spit out a new list of other songs that are similar. I guess this is sort of a double-edged question.
1st, does anyone know of a site that would do something like that?
2nd, the two songs I'm currently in love with are Don't Play No Game That I Can't Win and 1977. Any advice on other songs with a similar feel to these?

Response by poster: I have been listening to Santigold's other stuff and I like it. I like a lot of Ana Tijoux's other music, too, but I'm looking for stuff specifically in the vein of those two songs, which aren't really replicated in their other work.

You could discover a lot of stuff in this vein by listening to the weekly WFMU radio show/podcast Mudd UP! with DJ /rupture

You might like some of the stuff from Lazerproof, which is a remix album that mashes up La Roux's songs with R&B and reggae.

Response by poster: @ mannequito: I'll browse the playlists. Thanks!
@ Semaphore: That's close and I like it, but it's not quite what I was looking for. I'll see what else Prefuse 73 has out there.
@ capricorn: Lazerproof might be good
@ humboldt32: I'm not a fan of Cypress Hill, but thanks for the suggestion.
I think part of what I like about each of the songs I listed was the modern, beat-heavy update of 70's funkiness with the fast rapped lyrics.

I have also had 1977 in heavy rotation lately...in this vein I would nominate Calle 13, especially the album Entren Los Que Quieran. Digo Lo Que Pienso is maybe the closest to the sound you're looking for.

Maybe Willy Moon's "Yeah Yeah"...it's the song on one of the latest iPod commercials.
