I am looking for a web based email scheduler. Can you help?

I use the web based email scheduler to post/schedule updates for me on Social media sites, however lately it has fallen short on performance. Can anyone suggest a similar service?

Are you looking for something like Hootsuite that will let you automate social media postings? I'm not clear what you mean by "email scheduler" in this context.
