Another dry-cleaning disaster

My suit came back from the cleaners with a rippled pattern across some of the fabric. Is this repairable? I haven't tried a warm iron yet, lest it yield an even more unsalvageable result.

Best answer: That looks like the wool has separated from a fused interlining (as opposed to a canvassed suit). It can happen if the dry cleaner steams the suit on a form instead of pressing it. There's not much that can be done to fix it, sorry. Searching for "fused suit bubbling" might give you some more details about why this happens.
