Where is the best place to apply to study photography/fine art photography in the uk ?

I don't mean in terms of how easy it is to get in , i'd like to try for a really good place , I heard GSA do an exchange where you can go to New York for a bit and i like the idea of that ....anywhere else do any kind of exchanges like that ?
Im starting the first year of a degree foundation and i want to apply after that.

Have a look at the Winchester School of Art. It was the only Place I looked at where I was truly impressed at the quality of both the foundation and undergrad degree shows. I didn't actually end up doing an art course so I don't know a lot else about any other courses or what it's like. However if I were to go and do an art degree I'd do a course called 'Visual Art' at Winchester, but it is strictly for people over 21 I understand. Also, the foundation degree seems to have disappeared.

hmmmm. The Visual Art course also seems to have disappeared. But nevertheless, The Winchester School of Art is not only a fantastic place to study but the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful.
