Plant ID please!

Identify 2 silk plants please

I would like to replace these plants with live ones. But, I don't know their names!

The first is a dieffenbachia (sometimes called "dumb cane"). While the second doesn't set off any bells for me, it's a pretty common growth habit for about half of the aroid family. You could likely find something that's a close approximation at any decent greenhouse that handles tropicals. Bring this picture with you.

If you've got cats or dogs, you should know that dieffenbachia are toxic to them.

The second one looks like a peace lily to me. Very sturdy
