Is it broken or just strained?

Where do you go (online) for the best and most current NFL info for fantasy football purposes?

So the season is about to get fully rolling (yes, I know there was a game Thursday), and I want to bookmark the best sites for my game-time decisions. Where do you go to find out whether a player is injured or good to go, and other such info? Free sites preferred, as my wife has yet to vet this as a viable investment opportunity. Help me help myself to mad fantasy football props!

Since you said free preferred rather than required -- I've been a happy annual subscriber to Footballguys for I think six years now.

Yahoo. Current stats, injury reports, etc. On any given player page, there's a "News and Notes" tab which has info on injuries and other info.

I like fantasyfootballcafe.com, but haven't looked into many alternatives. Looking forward to what others have to say.

I'll nth Footballguys, having happily subscribed for 8 or 9 years now. They email each teams inactive list as soon as it's available. You can also give their free daily email a test drive if you don't want to commit to a subscription.
