Lost Title Replacement in Ohio

Does anyone know if in Ohio replacement titles are given on the spot, or mailed in weeks?

Lost my title, damn it! Have what I need to go down to get the replacement tomorrow. Does anyone know if you get it on the spot in Ohio or get it by mail after some period....

This is for a truck, btw.

I got mine on the spot, but that was four years ago, and times may have changed (also, it was an ordinary passenger vehicle.)

I got mine for my pickup on the spot in Ohio (Cincinnati) a couple years back.
