Which visualization are you using? If it's milkdrop, F2 should do it.

Response by poster: MilkDrop 2.24 - installed in WinAmp 5.623. F2 didn't help, I'm afraid.

I went to Options > Preferences > Visualizations, selected it and clicked Configure - but none of the four tab that came up seemed to have a control for it.

I seemed to recall a global WinAmp preference for it, but I couldn't find on.

Try it after you click within the visualization's draw area. F1 will bring up the menu displayed in this image if you need further guidance. The config menu accessible from the player window itself controls mostly renderer settings, not the OSD or presets.
