I love me some Top Gear UK. Probably at an unhealthy level. Help me continue.

How do I "reset" a previously-watched TV series on Netflix Instant?
I'm obsessed with Top Gear (UK, not that terrible US version). I have watched all the episodes Netflix Instant carries. I would like to watch them again, but keep track of what I've seen a second time. Netflix of course shows which episodes I've seen, but is there any way that I can reset that feature?

The hard way would be to start each episode over and then go back to the main menu as soon as it starts.

It keeps the last episode you watched, and starts the next one next time you come back, so if you watch them in order, you're fine. Out of order though, I dunno.

Probably overkill, but you could open a new account and close the old one.

Response by poster: tilde: I'm pretty certain Netflix tracks what you've watched no matter if it's in your queue.
Garm: yeah, I know that part. That might be the way I have to do it, but I do like the spontaneity of picking one at random.
Rock Steady: very overkill. Too many ratings and things in the queue and recommendations to lose.

I've removed things from my queue, then added them a while later; eventually they all cleared as I worked my way through again. Started at 1, and then worked my way through hitting the little thingy that takes me to the next episode from the main screen. I don't usually go through the listings though I had to for STNG, MadMen, Tudors because they never play in the right order and/or skip episodes around.
Conversely I've had movies pop on and off from availability and had them "resume" right where I left off when I was watching it six months prior, lol.

My exp with Netflix is that that works, sometimes. Part of my issue with doing this (watching something through, then through again) is that I watch on multiple devices, and so #47 on one device is S:3 E:7 on another. Also, if it's not coded correctly (cough, Tudors, MadMen, STNG) you'll end up skipping episodes anyway. :(
