Job Application Rule: If you don't know what the acronym means, you probably can't do that job.

I want to apply for a position called "BP&A Sr. Analyst". I have all the skills, but I don't know what exactly does BP&A stand for?
I have tried google, but the only things it brings up are these same positions at Citi in other parts of the country and in sites like Glassdoor and LinkedIn. But I can't find any kind of acronym definition.
I also see in google that other companies use BPA = Business Process Analyst, but that leaves out the ampersand.
Any ideas?

Best answer: It appears to be "business process and applications" based on my googling.
