What are some good budget fashion sites?

What are some small-ish online stores for budget fashion accessories?

I like a couple online stores that sell a monthly or seasonal collection of low-cost fashion accessories. The ones I know of are the different BeachMint properties and Send the Trend.

I like them because:
-They have a decent but not overwhelming selection. I get stressed out just looking for earrings at Endless or Etsy, for example. I get choice paralysis looking at 500 bracelets and trying to find THE PERFECT ONE.
-Everything is the same, low price. So I don't have to be like, "Oh, I like this bracelet, I don't like this necklace as much but it's cheaper."

Are there more online stores like this? What are they?

I know there are some sites that do this with shoes and makeup, but I'm only interested in jewelry and accessories right now.

Overstock.com has a surprisingly awesome collection of jewelry. They do have a pretty big selection though, but it's not overwhelming like etsy (I know exactly what you mean btw).

Check out Gilt.com, Ruelala.com, MyHabit.com, and HauteLook.com

These sites often feature costume jewelry that is discounted. Example: right now on HauteLook there is costume jewelry (and natural stone jewelry) that is anywhere from 15 to 105 dollars.

I just read on a fashion blog about TheStyleManor.com, which is a members-only site that offers a $39.99 handbag and jewelry set every week. Free shipping, US only, so I can't take advantage, but it sounds interesting. Hit the "No thanks, I want to preview" link on the sign-up page to see what they're offering this week without having to give them your email.
