Help me find this horror manga

I need help finding a horror manga title based on some poorly remembered details.

A few years ago I read an amazing horror manga online in fan-translated scans. It was an anthology of ghost stories where most stories were left unresolved or suddenly ended at a disturbing or unsettling point. The artist would often break up deep areas of shadow into tiny, intricate triangles when there was supernatural weirdness going on.

The stories I (faintly) remember:
-someone sees a ghost repeatedly from their second-story window, and in the final panel the ghost has stretched its neck impossibly far to peer back in at him (her?)
-a story presented as one from the writer's childhood, where he sees the ghost of a drowned boy in a public swimming pool on a school trip
-a young man has repeated run-ins with a female ghost with bulging eyes who attempts to strangle him; at the end of the story he's telling his co-workers when suddenly they point out that she's right behind him, crouching in the open window

I know it's not Junji Ito, Kazuo Umezu, Hideshi Hino, or any of the other major horror manga authors I'm familiar with. Has anyone else run across this, and can anyone point me to those scans again?

Best answer: It's not Fuan no Tane, is it?

Response by poster: It is! Wow, that was fast.

Fuan no Tane is absolutely excellent. I've forgotten about it and half-remembered it enough times that its title is now locked into my memory.
