Looking for 19 inch white lcd tv

Searching for 19-inch white LCD television in New York or online and need some help.
Our attempt to find a 19-inch white LCD tv has been a long and disappointing journey, so I'm turning here. We initially wanted a 19-inch white LCD television with a dvd player and Netflix software built in. Well, we still want that, but at this point we'll take just the television (not even the built-in dvd player).
Places we've looked and options we've considered:
Best Buy does not have much. There's this which I haven't seen before, but I'd really like to keep it to 19 inches as this is a television for the bedroom.
Did not see anything at J&R, B&H, KMart (there's a white 24-inch, but, again, bedroom). I'd love to purchase this in store, but I'll obviously make do with online.
This FAVI tv has been listed on Amazon for a while, and is definitely appealing, but it's always been marked for pre-order. FAVI's website says the same. A discussion thread on amazon has someone saying this product will be available in mid-April, but that's so vague as to be meaningless.
I was very close to purchasing this refurbished Vizio from brown box, to the point where I researched brown box and their third-party warranty service (consumer priority service, which, if nothing else, I'm now sufficiently terrified of, though brown box seems legit enough) but I only just realized it's 22 inches.
I may just take my chances with the refurbished Vizio (I spent a lot of time considering it just now), but I'd like to first see if anyone has any thoughts on where I can get a 19 inch white lcd television.
Also - I looked very briefly on ebay and not at all on craigslist. There's obvious discomfort with buying a product like this on craigslist, so I doubt I'm missing much.

I found this by Haier, white TV only. I have 2 other things from Haier and they have been OK. Out of stock listing with reviews:
