I'm looking for a downloadable walking tour for Atlanta?

I'm looking for walking tours of Atlanta available as CDs or (ideally) as MP3s that I can stick on my iPod. So far, I have only been able to find these two driving tours, but I'd really like to find a walking tour. Anyone know of anything available, either for free or for purchase?

This tour of the capitol isn't exactly what you're asking for, but I keep meaning to do it because it seems fun.

Not downloadable, as far as I know, but the Atlanta Preservation Center leads a number of walking tours, and they're free in March! Maybe you could contact them and ask about downloadable ones?
