Which Kate Bush song is this?

I've had part of a Kate Bush (?) song in my head for days & can't get it to "finish" and identify itself. At the end (or beginning?), a man (her dad or brother?) sings the first lines of "You Always Hurt the One You Love"... "the one you wouldn't hurt at all..." Googling has failed me. What's the song?

Best answer: Jane Siberry's song "Vladimir Vladimir" has a man quoting the lyrics at the end...could that be it?
