What is this candy from a Vietnamese restaurant?

A local Vietnamese restaurant gives out these candies. What are they and where can I buy them?

Bonus points: What are the Japanese(?) candies with the little shrimps on the packaging that taste kinda like Butterfinger but better?

Thanks, Mefites.

Best answer: Prawn Candy? Chinese, not actually prawn flavored.
