Where is the Ubuntu "Invest" Data stored?

Can anyone tell me where the Ubuntu "Invest" applet stores its quote data?

Try: ~/.gnome2/invest-applet/stocks.pickle
It'll be some sort of Python serialization format I guess.

Pickle is indeed a serialization stream format used by Python. Unfortunately, it's not particularly accessible from other languages. Hopefully you're a Python programmer already, but if not, you can learn Python pretty easily.
