Name that tune

What is this song? My brain "recognises" it but I can't place where I've heard it before and it's driving me mad.

It sounds an awful lot like The Sting theme song, a tune beloved by ice cream trucks nationwide.

And I also figured out where I actually recognised it from, which is so unbelievably nerdy I'm too embarrassed to say.
