learning to kiteboard

Does anyone have recommendations about where to learn to kite board? I’m in DC and it sounds like going to Kitty Hawk, NC is a good option. Are some companies better than others?

I was told that some places will just yell directions at you from the beach, some others will be next to you on a jet ski and some will set you up with a walkie talkie to receive your instructions. I’m willing to consider any place that I get drive to from DC. I expect the lessons to cost around $300.

Best answer: Real Kiteboarding are the kings of kite instruction. They have a great bayside spot on Hatteras. Check out the camp options. One camp and you will go from never done it to intermediate. I can't say enough about these guys.
