Finding a good motorcycle or scooter mechanic in Arizona? Web directory with customer reviews?

I'm looking for a reliable scooter mechanic in Arizona around the Phoenix/Glendale area. I can travel further out than that if I have to.

Not sure where to go, can someone recommend a mechanic shop? Maybe there exists a directory for motorcycle riders to post up their experiences of various bike shops?

I can't speak to the Phoenix area. But the mechanic at ScootOver in Tucson flat out Knows. His. Sh*t. He's very helpful and can work on pretty much anything with two wheels and a motor.
