We're certain they're CertainTeed. Now what?

What can we do to make certain our CertainTeed shingle warranty/class action claim gets paid?
We built our house 10 years ago and used CertainTeed shingles on the roof. We've identified the specific type of CertainTeed shingle used on our house and it clearly falls into the class of eligible claimholders for the CertainTeed Shingle Warranty Settlement. Every roofer that has looked at the damage pattern has almost immediately identified the problem as defective shingles, not underlayment or other sub-roof problems.
Besides taking detailed and numerous photos of the roof before we replace it, what else should we do to maximize the chances of our claim being accepted and the amount we (hopefully) will receive?

There's a website set up as part of the class action settlement and it has all of the forms that we need to file. What I'm really interested in is hearing how others have fared with this and any tips or hints that might be helpful beyond the basics of completing the forms properly.

What I was trying to get at is whether it explains what you'll need substantively -- if it isn't as clear there as you would like, you could call the class attorneys.
